When planning for our visit in Barcelona, the last leg of our Spain 2019 travels, I was very interested in visiting some of the famous Antonio Gaudi sights. My expectations were greatly rewarded with this architects’ style and interest in nature.
From the majestic courtyards and mosaics of the Alhambra to the gardens of the Palacio de Generalife, Granada is steeped in a cultural, artistic, and historic heritage that’s been shaped by centuries of diverse influences.
On our way for two nights in the charming, sunny city of Seville, Andalucía. This alluring city lies in the middle of the river Guadalquivir and features impressive architecture, sights and cuisine that leaves one with a Lasting Impression and the desire to return soon.
Continuing on my experience traveling to Spain two years ago I enjoyed a day trip to Toledo while based in Madrid. Less than an hour away lies this incredible well preserved city and Spain’s former capitol.
